Lakeland with "The Shaws"

DAY 1:
We went to Smith's school for her Halloween Party with her class on Friday!
We got home and took a short nap.
We got dressed and off to trick or treating we went.
We loaded up the golf carts on the trailer and headed to down town Lakeland where
they trick or treat around a pond. I held Campbell a.k.a. "The Mexican Baby" while Uncle Kevin took Swin a.k.a. "Mickey Mouse" door to door.

Day 2:
A day of playing in the dirt
And Relaxing with a Bloody Mary.
Saturday was a chill day. We took naps and played with the kids.
We watched the Georgia game and they had a big house party. The kids played in the dirt and later on got naked. Kevin, Marnie, Byron, and I took Kevin Shaw and his workers, Bloody Mary's and Corona's out to the cotton field. They had been working all day and one of the cotton pickers broke down. They appreciated those drinks:)

While all the adults were inside watching the GA game, we looked out the window to see that the kids had taken it upon themselves to strip down into their birthday suits. Giggling non-stop, they bathed themselves with water and ran in circles to dry off.
Oh, to be young again!

Campbell in her GA outfit!

After running around naked, they are back to normal.... building blocks!
Day 4:
We woke up around 6 ish. With the time change it kind of messed up the kids sleep pattern. They were wide open early. They ate almost all their halloween candy and spilled it everywhere. HYPER is what they were. Later on Smith, Swin, and Bella went upstairs to play in the "ART ROOM". They were up there a while. Uncle Kevin decided to go check on them. When he walked in Smith had Bella's whole leg tapped with Scotch Tape and had Tape over her mouth. Bella just cried and cried when we took the tape off. The joy of kids and what they will do behind your back.
All the kids wanted to come to the beach with us. I would have let them, and I am sure Gayla would have, too, but we still have to work on Uncle Kevin. Maybe we will just start with one at a time.

WHAT A FUN WEEKEND! Can't wait to do it again!
